I’m back… have been, for a few days, but still haven’t managed to get myself out of being neck-deep in @#$%^!& email messages that always pile up whenever I leave it untouched for a tad. But it’s moving along… and so are content plans for Wordpreneur. Nothing-else-to-do plane flights always give me a bunch of ideas for my “2write” list!

I’ll be out of town for a few days for the holidays, and although the Net will be where I’m going, I don’t think I’ll have much of a chance to do any posting. But it won’t be for more than a week or so… I’ll be back soon enough!
Although of late I haven’t really been posting my own stuff, it also won’t be for very long. My writing projects are progressing quite nicely, and if everything proceeds as planned — knock on wood — I’ll be back wordpreneuring full swing.

My latest novel has been lounging on my computer for months. I have a thousand excuses for not finishing it: too busy with other endeavors, writer’s block, my lead character won’t budge, my cat needs food. Oh, yes, I have a ton of legitimate reasons for not finishing my third novel in my Amos Grant mystery series. I feel angry with myself. But then again, I don’t want my cat to starve. A dead cat in the house is bad for one’s muse.
So I feed the cat and start to thumb through The Easy Way To Write A Novel by Rob Parnell. It’s an ebook that caught my attention.

It’s been a few weeks since my last post — holy cannoli, I just noticed it’s been over a month! — sorry about that.. I’m just not terribly good at multitasking. Besides juggling “day” work and watching over my baby boy (who, again, I just realized is now over 5 months old… that’s holy cannoli #2!), I’ve been working on “something else” that pretty much just sucked up what little focus I could spare for Wordpreneur and my other sites.

Tons upon tons of people claim that they can write, but then you read their stuff and its either unneeded fluff or it just sounds like they have no idea what they are talking about! Don’t get me wrong, I’m not perfect by far. In fact, I’ve gotten reamed for forgetting apostrophes, or spelling words wrong!
