EGAD #9 – Get Content From Article Directories
I’m surprised more people don’t do this — go to one of the many “article directories” on the Web and chances are better than even that you’ll find enough decent articles for your particular niche or subject of interest. In fact, you’ll likely find enough articles to fill up multiple ebooks.

I’d say about 10 good articles should be enough for a good-sized ebook.
Be careful — some of those directories technically require you to include a link back to their site if you run an article from them. EzineArticles does, for instance. Not that they police it, or can, but it’s always a good idea to stay on the technically legal side of things. Which is why you’ll want to…
… contact the article authors directly and ask permission to run their articles in your ebook. The authors retain the copyrights to the articles they’ve submitted to these directories; once they’ve given you permission, directly, you can then leave out those directory backlinks (you’ll need to keep the “author bio” or “resource box” links intact, however; those links, and the PR value of being in your ebook, are essentially how you’re compensating the article authors).
Since the articles will be in an ebook and not published on your site or blog, doing this will not cause search engines like Google to penalize you for running duplicate content.
