Scroll down to the lower right corner of this page and you’ll see links to the latest posts, just about simultaneously updated every time a new post is added to e-Factory.
Cool feature, huh? That bit of blog magic comes courtesy of WordPress and its Widgets feature, some bits of PHP program code, and RSS feeds. Works, but in its current state, it’s still just a tad more than technically complex than ideal for the “I don’t care how it’s done, I just want it to work” camp. Thing is, I’ve never written a WordPress widget before… but this may be a good place for me to start and try to figure out how to do it, and maybe have an easy to use widget for all you WordPress users as time permits. Just thinking out loud.
