Freelance Success Stories Contest

Written on December 7, 2007 – 6:49 pm | by Wordpreneur |

Writer’s Market 2008Amid all the writing-related contests we encounter out there that require a “small” entry fee, here’s a free one:

The Writer’s Market Freelance Success Stories contest has a $250 first prize and publication in the 2009 Writer’s Market (plus a copy of the book).

They want “true stories of freelance success in any discipline of writing,” 800-1,500 words. The deadline is December 31, 2007.

Send your submission to writersmarket@fwpubs.com with Freelance Success Stories Contest as its subject. Check out their website for more information, although I couldn’t find any as of this writing… the instructions here seem to be clear enough anyway.

Like this post? Maybe you'd like to buy me a cuppa joe! It'll help keep me awake to write more, of course. Thanks!
