2 More Places for Selling Your Domains

Written on November 20, 2007 – 5:30 pm | by Wordpreneur |

Besides eBay, here are two more sites where you can go to sell your Web domains, as recommended to me by those I consider to be “in the know.”

DNForum — It very likely is the “largest forum on the Web where people go to buy, sell and talk about domains.”

Sedo — Lets you buy and sell domains and websites direct or by auction. It also provides a domain appraisal service.

My “recommenders” seem to be pretty much split down the middle as to which service they prefer, but in all cases, they’ve mentioned both resources, so I’d say you probably can’t go wrong with either.

Note that there is a lot of information and detail on these sites, so be prepared to do oodles of reading, particularly if you’re new to all this.
