Top 10 Tips for Improving Your Writing

These, according to writer Suzanne Fleming, are the 10 things you must know “before you should even think about setting pen to paper.”

Um, not exactly my top 10 (especially since I don’t have one), but not bad.

I don’t buy #6. I’d change that to:

“Succeeding? Don’t listen to anybody. Failing? Listen to anyone and everyone willing to give you the privilege of a piece of their mind.”

And #7 is crap.

Other than that, it’s good advice.
