Literary Market Place (LMP)

Wordpreneur ExclusiveA friend (Dana K. Cassell) reminded me yesterday of a great treasure chest of book markets (book publishers, imprints, presses, etc.) and related resources (agents, printers, industry services, etc.): the Literary Market Place directory.

At about $300, it’s not cheap, but if you’re lucky like me and live in area with excellent public libraries, you may find it in the Reference section.

I spent some time poring through it yesterday, getting myself familiar with the information it provided (one of my favorite ways of generating project ideas, actually). I suggest you do the same.
