Look at his figures. The guy’s an optimist… a 10% response rate is way excellent, and NOT a figure you can do smart projections on. 2% is more like it. And getting up to a list of 7K to begin with is goimg to take some work and time (told you the guy’s an optimist).

But if fiction’s your thing, this is most definitely a workable plan!
